I am not a doctor, nor do I want to become one. This entire blog, and every post written is the story of what worked FOR ME. Find a good doctor (Maximized Living offers resources to find one) and take his or her advice.

I am not a dietician. I cannot give you nutrition advice. This blog only chronicles what worked for me. I will not typically add the nutritional information or calorie count to a recipe.  It would vary for different brands/kinds of ingredients anyway (depending on what kind of sugar you used, what milk you use, etc.). Also, regarding SUBSTITUTIONS, I am going to take the “Elana’s Pantry” approach, and let you figure it out!:) If I know a good substitution, I will include it in the recipe. If YOU try a substitution and it works, PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT, and give others your suggestions! Awesome!

I may link to a page on a blog, in which I do not agree with everything else in that blog. “Eat the fish and leave the bones” is a good policy to live by. “Think for yourself” is another one. “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all” is awesome.
