Here is a healthy stir fry dish, and my 13-year-old announced “this is the best stir fry you’ve ever made”. Well, OK then!
It’s from HomeCookedHealthy.com and the link is below
You can cut up and prepare everything the day before, so all you have to do is cook it in one pan if you need a time saver dinner. This one will be worked into our meal rotation for sure. The great advantage is that almost any kind of veggies can be used, so there is variation and flexibility each time I make it. Love that part.
You can add organic rice (if not on the Advanced Plan) if you need a “filler” to make the meal stretch, or even better, “rice” some organic cauliflower instead for more nutrition! If you don’t have a super blender, you can grate the cauliflower just like cheese. I also used a little Toasted Sesame oil in cooking my veggies, to give it even more Chinese flavor.

LOVE making this dish. It’s so fast, easy & healthy. It’s a great go-to recipe for busy weeknights in our house too. Thanks for sharing Dana.
